Until not long ago, leadership equated to command and control, and a leader’s job typically consisted in directing employees to perform their duties well, delegating, solving problems, and monitoring and evaluating progress. Success was measured by company profits as well as meeting targets and deadlines, often at the expense of long work hours, lack of work-life harmony, and dissatisfaction.

This interactive experience is designed to introduce leaders to the basics of coaching and receive real time, hands-on practice in a fun, yet confidential and safe space. The Coach Approach to Leadership uses a holistic perspective that equips leaders on how to communicate from the inside out and inspire others.

As a result, executives, directors, and managers will drastically change the outcome of conversations and relationships with their teams, and boost their self-awareness and leadership finesse. They will gain the ability to shift the focus from problems and putting out fires to proactively creating solutions and inspiring others to do the same.

Becoming an intuitive listener, seeking to understand by asking powerful questions, ensuring buy-in, and building accountability are examples of what participants can expect to learn and practice during this highly interactive session.
